The Dan River Region Collaborative has a strong focus on continuously improving its processes. One way to ensure this improvement is through independent evaluations. Organizational Developers provides evaluations that assess the DRRC's effectiveness in measuring impact through quantitative and qualitative data collection. The evaluation process includes coordinating with workforce partners to capture quantitative output data on training programs created, certifications obtained, and the number of participants going through the programs as well as the number of employers who participate. Organizational Developers incorporates formative evaluations to monitor and advance the implementation and progress of the process with particular emphasis in adherence to the original theory of change model of the Dan River Region Collaborative. Progress evaluations provide continuous feedback from the assessments on the progress made in meeting projected goals and gauge the ability to reach major milestones and the impact of milestones on the scope of the initiative.
