Evaluation Surveys

Organizational Developers follows evaluation methodology established by the National Fund for Workforce Solutions and the local evaluation protocol.  The evaluation includes tracking of project outputs and subsequent outcomes for workforce partnership results.  Training evaluation will be linked to job creation, retention or advancement, wage increases and employer satisfaction.  Supporting data will be tracked throughout the DRRC's projects.  The links below are examples of surveys for Employers and Employees who participate in services provided by the Dan River Region Collaborative.
